Negar is a third-year PhD candidate in Finance at AGBS. Her research interests are FinTech, Financial Literacy, and InsurTech. Negar is under the supervision of Professor Owain ap Gwilym and Dr. Charlotte Rimmer. 

During the academic year 2025/26, Negar serves as a student representative for postgraduate research (PGR Rep).
