08/24 Staff Wellbeing Book Club - September Meeting
Next meeting Monday, 23rd September, 12pm – 1pm
Our members have chosen ‘The Art of Conversation: Change Your Life with Confident Communication’ by Judy Apps as their next shared read.
The book explores how to engage with people and build better relationships through talking at home and at work. It tackles how to navigate difficult elements such as fear, disagreements and speaking to those in authority. The author aims to help readers express themselves powerfully and authentically, while allowing space for those around them to feel satisfied in their conversations.
Copies are available in a range of formats from the University Library's Wellbeing Collection, as well as from local public libraries across north Wales, and online and high street retailers.
