Cycle to Work Day is an annual event that promotes the cycling as an option for travelling to work. Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low-impact form of exercise. Whether you’ve never cycled before, or are out of practice, this is a good time to introduce it to your commute. As part of the national Cycle to Work Day, we’d like to highlight some of the information available to staff:

The University is committed to improving opportunities for our staff and student community to engage in cycling – as part of this it would be helpful to know more about staff experiences of cycling and to understand any barriers to doing so.
